Orders & Purchases

  • Yes, self collection is available at our studio. Please book an appointment with us beforehand to ensure that we are around during your visit.

  • Each arrangement and flower used is unique.

    Flowers are seasonal. Some flowers might be out of stock or unavailable during your purchase. We will provide alternative buds in a similar colour/style if the specific bud is unavailable.

    Please kindly allow for slight discrepancies between the flower arrangements and the pictures as each piece is made uniquely. We do not accept exchanges/refunds arising from minor differences due to seasonality of flowers.

Care Tips

  • Keep your preserved & dried flowers away from moisture. Best recommended to keep out of direct sunlight and humid environments. Store in cool and dry places. Preserved & dried flowers typically last for up to a year.

  • All fresh flowers are specially packaged to keep your buds hydrated. To ensure that your buds last for a longer period of time, snip an inch off the stems at 45° angle and place them in a vase of fresh water. A sachet of floral food will be provided upon purchase, add them into the vase of fresh tap water before placing your flowers in the vase. Remember to change your water every other day.

Refund & Exchange

  • We do not provide refunds or exchange of items after an order is fulfilled.

    Please inspect your order upon collection. No refunds or exchange will be provided after your collection. For delivery orders, if you have received an order that has been damaged, kindly reach out to us within 1 hour from the time you received your item.

    Refunds or exchange may only be fulfilled on case by case basis.
